Definitely apply the shine as the last step because anything you apply after will dull your lipstick again. Just make sure not to press or rub your lips together after putting on the gloss (I tend to do it out of habit but I need to stop!) because it takes away from the shine factor regardless of whether the gloss is still on. Welcome to the site! Definitely apply the shine as the last step because anything you apply after will dull your lipstick again.
